Avi Vinyls is engaged in the manufacturing of Calendered PVC Rigid Film.

We have a 5-Roll, Inverted-L calendaring line, capable of producing 4800 tons of films per annum.

Our films can be used for a wide rang of applications like Thermoforming, Box Making, Carton Windows, Printing Applications, Pharma Blisters, Etc.

We have impeccable clarity / transparency, ease in forming and no white crease lines. Our films have thicknesses ranging from 0.12mm – 0. 70mm and widths ranging from 74mm – 1000mm.
